Rikke is a biologist, communicator, and ranger at Fjordens Dag in the municipalities of Odense, North Funen, and Kerteminde. In her teaching, she covers the entire bay area, including coastlines, meadows and forests. In Odense she is particularly active around Hollufgaard, the island of Stige, and the island of Vigelsø. Her focus is on nature, biology, and outdoor activities, and she enjoys numerous opportunities to cook edible plants and local ingredients over a bonfire in the wild.
