Nils is a trained fishmaster, organic supervisor, green guide, and ranger. Nils works autonomously as ranger through Vesteraas Naturgejst on the Vesteraas farm on the island of Ærø. As part of the the cliffs of Voderup natural attraction near the coast of Ærø, Vesteraas is perfectly situated.. Its production methods are designed in accordance with the nature guidance, and built around the principles of sustainable development in the countryside. Naturgejst has taught about wild food for the last eight years, and offers experiences for both young and old, such as guided tours of beaches and meadows, and customised courses like workshops and teambuilding trips for private people and the corporate world.
