Michael is a ranger in the municipality of Gribskov where his mission is to bring people, especially children and teenagers, closer to nature and and thus to the origin of life. Michael focuses on wild mushrooms and herbs, as well as on marine life in shallow waters. He shows his students how many wild plants are edible and demonstrates how easy and enjoyable it is to forage and cook wild food over a bonfire.
