Gitte is a trained ranger and biologist. Employed by the Danish Nature Agency of Central Jutland, she works at the nature centers of Brokholm, Tinkerdal, Harrild Moor, and Koutrupgård. Gitte's primary tasks include guiding visitors to the nature centers in the municipalities of Skive, Holstebro, Ikast-Brande, Hedensted, Vejle, and Billund. When it coms to wild food, Gitte is particularly interested in the plants and animals of the forest, the moor, the creek, and the lake. At the nature center, they cook food outdoors using wild ingredients found nearby.
