Bjarke is a trained biologist and ranger. He is head of AQUA Natural Science Center, which offers nature guidance, and teaches natural science, in the magnificent nature around Silkeborg. He is very involved in teaching people about the origins of their food. Among other things, he offers “ground to table” events, where he goes on excursions with participants to explore, forage, and ultimately cook the edible nature of Silkeborg.
